When will I get my order?

We pack and ship from Berlin within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the EU usually takes 2–7 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

Where are your products made?

Our boxer briefs are designed in Berlin and produced in a family-run factory in northern Portugal, with over 30 years of underwear-making experience.

What are they made of?

95% organic cotton + 5% elastane. Soft, with just a hint of stretch.

Are they pad-friendly?

Yes. The cotton gusset is designed so pads stay securely in place — no bunching, no slipping.

🧺 Care Instructions

How do I wash them?

Gentle cycle at a low temperature. Use non-chlorine bleach if needed. Tumble dry on low. Cool iron or light steam if you like them extra neat.

How do I find my size?

Here's our size guide: if you're between two sizes, go with the larger one. Comfort should always win.

🌍 Packaging & Sustainability

How do you pack your orders?

Mostly in paper, because cardboard and kraft paper not only look good but are also better for the planet. Right now we still use a thin plastic layer to protect your boxer briefs from moisture during shipping.

We know it's not perfect — and we're already working on replacing that layer with paper-based or biodegradable alternatives. Until then, you'll get packaging that's minimal, recyclable, and as resource-conscious as possible.

Who is this underwear for?

This underwear was designed with women, non-binary, and trans people in mind — people who don't feel represented by typical "men's" boxer briefs. Of course, anyone looking for an alternative is welcome. We love hearing from everyone.
