When will I get my order?

We pack and ship from Berlin within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within the EU. You’ll get tracking info the moment it’s on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship across the EU and are working on expanding worldwide.

Where are your products made?

Our boxers are designed in Berlin and made in a family-run factory in northern Portugal with over 30 years of underwear-making experience.

What are they made of?

95% organic cotton + 5% elastane. Soft with a little stretch.

Are they pad-friendly?

Yes. The cotton gusset is designed to hold pads in place, without bulk or slipping.

🧺 Care Instructions

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold on delicate. Use non-chlorine bleach if needed. Tumble dry low. Iron on cool or steam if you’re feeling fancy.

How do I pick a size?

Here is the size guide: if you’re between sizes, go up. Comfort should always win.

🌍 Packaging & Sustainability

How do you pack your orders?

Mostly in paper, because cardboard and kraft don’t just look good, they’re easier on the planet. Right now we still use a thin layer of plastic to protect your boxers from humidity and water while shipping.

We know it’s not perfect, and we’re already working on switching that layer to paper-based or biodegradable options. Until then, you’ll get packaging that’s minimal, recyclable, and as low-impact as we can make it.

Who’s this underwear for?

This underwear was designed with women, non-binary, and trans people in mind who don’t feel affirmed in stereotypical “men’s” boxers. Of course, anyone who’s looking for an alternative is very welcome here. We appreciate feedback from any person.
